Powerpass is an online platform that provides a streamlined way to create and purchase energy performance certificates (Energieausweis) for buildings in Germany. It features a real-time calculator that allows users to input key building details (such as construction year, heating system type, and energy consumption) to instantly estimate the energy efficiency rating of their property. Users can generate the required certificates either for residential or non-residential buildings and download them as PDFs or order printed versions
